A man from Flippin has been arrested after allegedly pulling a knife and threatening a woman. 49 year old Donnie Haynes was charged with a felony count of aggravated assault. Haynes allegedly pulled a hunting knife and tried to slice the throat of a female victim. His bond was set at $25,000.
