A Howell County man has been arrested for domestic assault and animal abuse. 27 year old David Ray Deluna was arrested on a Christian County warrant for Failure to appear on a charge of third degree assault and a Branson City Charge of Failure to appear on a charge of animal abuse. His bail was set at $5,500.
