A Mountain Home man who was found passed out in the lobby of Baxter Regional medical Center was arrested on a felony charge. 27 year old Adam Gilbert is charged with felony theft of property. Gilbert allegedly stole a truck from a business early. Gilbert’s bond was set at $2,500.
