A West Plains woman has been arrested on drug charges. 40 year old Beth Ann Collins was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of distribution of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on $100,500 bond and then arrested again this past Monday on a charge of second degree burglary. She posted $4,500 bond on this charge.
