The Highway Patrol arrested a man from Ava Friday evening. 47 year old Justin Coonts was arrested on a felony Douglas County warrant for 3 counts of possession of controlled substance and a misdemeanor Douglas County warrant for 2 counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. He was taken to Douglas County jail.
