A Pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle Friday evening in Marion County. The Arkansas State Police says that 65 year old Donnie Paxton was killed when he was hit as he walked on the paved portion of highway 102 just west of highway 14 around 6:20 Friday evening. The driver of the vehicle was not named in the police report.
