A Man from Imboden has been arrested on drug charges in Butler County Missouri. 42 year old Byran Carter was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol Thursday morning. Carter is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance meth, driving while intoxicated –drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid operators license, no insurance, no seatbelt, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. He was taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
