A West Plains man suffered serious injuries in an accident Monday in Carter County. 69 year old David Murphy was injured when a pickup turned in front of him and he lost control of the big truck he was driving and overturned the truck. Murphy was flown to the Med Hospital in Memphis. The accident happened on U.S 60 about 5 miles west of Ellsinore.
