The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports several arrests. 31 year old Nathan Vincent of West Plains was arrested for resisting arrest. He was released on $5,000 bond. 21 year old Cedric Camper of Fort Lauderdale was arrested on charges of stealing and first degree property damage, Bond was set at $25,000. 59 year old William Wayne Mansfield of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on charges of delivery of a controlled substance; Bond was set at $35,000. 24 year old Jordan Westley Gutierrez was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and possession of controlled substance, bond was set at $5,000. 23 year old Tyler Lee Kenyon of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on charges of assault, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,359. 35 year old Shawn Lewis Tucker of West Plains was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. 37 year old Justin Albert Coffman of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance and city charges of failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended. 32 year old Dustin Edward Thompson of West Plains was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of stealing animals. 45 year old Scott Everett Errzinger was arrested for possession of marijuana Bond was set at $5,000
