A West Plains Man has been found not guilty of rape charges by a Phelps County Jury. 29 year old Nathan Chadwick Graves was charged with first degree rape, armed criminal action, first degree burglary, first degree robbery and first degree tampering with a motor vehicle in one case. His case was moved from Howell to Phelps County where the jury found him not guilty of rape, Graves also face more charges from another incident
including first degree rape and first degree sodomy. He will be in court in Howell County on January 22nd for a hearing.
