A Mountain Home man accused of killing his landlord has been ordered to undergo a mental examination. 61 year old Robert Dean Penny was in court yesterday in Baxter County and his attorney motioned the court saying he had arraigned for Penny to be examined by a doctor in Little Rock. Penny is charged with first degree murder in the death of 71 year old Chester Hornowski, a retired Chicago Police Officer in December 2017. Penny’s Trial is set for late February.
