Man From Licking Was Arrested By The Highway Patrol Friday

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a man from Licking on felony charges. 51 year old Leonard Sullins was arrested in Webster county on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance meth, felony possession of a controlled substance oxycodone pills, misdemeanor DWI-drugs, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no valid driver’s license and failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial proof. He was taken to Webster County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
