A Howell County woman has been arrested on Willow Springs City Charges. 50 year old Tammy Sue Frazier is charged with failure to appear of a charge of stealing motor fuel, stealing, trespassing and driving without a valid drivers license and careless and imprudent driving. Her bail was set at $2,694
