The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports several arrests. 19 year old Gloria Caitlyn Carper of West Plains was arrested for stealing $750 or more, bail was set at $5,000. 20 year old Taylor Michael Ray Davis was arrested for stealing $750 or more , bail was set at $5,000, 32 year old Bobby Allen Flygare was arrested for driving while intoxicated, serious physical injury. Bond was set at $5,000, 33 year old David Hershal Flygare was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of stealing $750 or more and non support and failure to appear on city warrants. He is held without bail. 50 year old Roger Allen Kelly was arrested for third degree domestic assault and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $2,500. 32 year old Rodney Dale Smith of Pomona was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of possession of controlled substance. He is being held without bail.
