A man from Alton has been charged with sexual assault. A warrant was issued for 49 year old Bruce Wayne Metz on charges of first degree sexual abuse and second degree sexual abuse, aggravated sexual offense. The incident allegedly happened in October of last year at a home in Oregon County.
