Two women were arrested on felony drug charges Wednesday afternoon in Ripley County. The Highway Patrol reports arresting 48 year old Julie Meadors of Doniphan and 19 year old McKayla Tyler of Naylor. Both are charged with felony possession of a controlled substance-meth, felony possession of a controlled substance-4 diazapam pills, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both Women were taken to Ripley County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
