A man from Houston Missouri was arrested by the Highway patrol last night in Wright County. 23 year old Timothy Neal was arrested on a felony parole absconder warrant from the board of probation/parole, and for felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia meth, misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 35 grams or less marijuana. He was taken to the Wright county jail and is being held without bond.
