Two men have been arrested on theft and burglary charges in Independence County. 28 year old Stephen Winkle and 33 year old Daniel Carlton Ledlow were both arrested and were charged with two felonies each for residential burglary and theft of property. According to reports, authorities found about $3,000 in currency in five gallon buckets, a Moultri game camera and a Savage Axis bolt-action rifle. Bond was set at $25,000 each
