A man from Mountain Home was in court on Wednesday and entered a guilty plea to charges in Baxter and Marion County. 38 year old James Lutz was charged with breaking into the Flippin animal clinic he also was charged with third degree escape after he jumped from the back of a moving Marion county deputies car last November. Lutz was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
