A Summersville man was arrested by the Highway patrol last night in Texas County. 28 year old Clint Smotherman was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana-meth, felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia meth, driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, and failure to wear a seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County jail then released.
