A man from Birch Tree was arrested by the Highway Patrol last night. 31 year old James Boyer was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant for non-support, and a Wayne County warrant for a traffic violation, also for driving while suspended and no seat belt. He was taken to the Shannon County jail.
