Three people have been arrested in Baxter County after authorities searched for one suspect. According to reports, they were looking for 31 year old Sean Michael Rice of Mountain Home who was on parole. They arrested Rice along with 34 year old Jolynn Mandel of Jordan and 35 year old Rusty Lee Steven of Mountain Home at a residence on south street. In the home officers found numerous baggies with white residue along with various items of drug paraphernalia. Rice’s bond was set at $17,500 and bond for Mandel and Stevens was set at $2,500
