A Pineville woman has been arrested in Izard County of drug charges. 41 year old Gena Edmonston allegedly questioned a jailer as to why she had to find suspected meth in her pocket. Edmonston had denied having anything on her when she entered the jail. Edmonston has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, furnishing prohibited articles and possession of drug paraphernalia used to manufacture meth. Edmonston is being held with bond set at $25,000
