A man who went on a two-day spending spree by forging stolen checks was in court on Thursday. Myles Morgan of Thayer was given 5 years probation and ordered to pay restitution of just over $2,950 to the victim. Morgan allegedly made the purchases in two stores in Mountain Home. Morgan reportedly cooperated with investigators, showing them items on his property purchased with the stolen checks.
