The Izard County Sheriff’s Department is reporting a couple of arrest. 38 year old Billy Joe Powell of Calico Rock was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, fleeing, and failure to appear. He was taken to Izard County jail and bond was set at $50,000. 47 year old John Wayne Cumbie of Dolph was arrested for terroristic threatening, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public intoxication. He is being held without bond.
