Two Arkansas residents were arrested in Howell County Monday on drug charges. 36 year old Derek Davis of Parkin Arkansas and 31 year old Travis Gibbs of Jonesboro were both arrested for felony possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were cited and released.
