A man from Conway has been arrested in connection with two commercial burglaries in Baxter county. 33 year old Jason Allen Hicks allegedly broke into Ray’s Flea Market near Gassville on January 24th and into the Dollar General Store in Midway on January 29th. a Warrant was issued for Hicks arrest and he was picked up in Little Rock. He is charged with 2 counts of felony commercial burglary, 2 counts of felony criminal mischief and 2 counts of misdemeanor theft of property. He is also charged as an Habitual offender. His bond is set at $50,000 and he will be in court on Thursday.
