The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports three arrests. 23 year old Nathan Tabor Rodman of Pomona for delivery of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $5,000. 38 year old Scott Lee Cowens of West Plains was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was released on $3,000 bail. 24 year old Ashton Dakota Rader was arrested for stealing. He was released on $5,000 bail.
