The Missouri State Highway Patrol Troops G Is reporting three felony arrest on Wednesday. First they arrested 21 year old Rachel Friend on Licking. Friend was arrested on a Felony Texas County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Texas county Sheriff’s Department. Then they arrested 52 year old Brenda Brim of Houston Missouri. Brimm was arrested on Texas County warrant for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. she was taken to Texas County Sheriff’s Department. Then The Patrol arrested 30 year old Dustin Studdard of Licking. Studdard was charged with third degree domestic assault. He was taken to Texas County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
