A Houston Missouri man has been arrested for possession of cocaine. Licking police arrested 50 year old Ronald Winole for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver, manufacture or produce along with possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers found Winole in a parked vehicle and after investigating found 83 unmarked capsules containing a substance that tested positive for cocaine. The capsules were sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab for analysis.
