A Mountain Home man who claimed to be innocent faces more charges after testing positive for meth. 45 year old Frank Elmer McElyea allegedly cried, and pleaded. that he was innocent and didn’t belong in jail during his appearance in Baxter County Court McElyea was arrested with two other men after a search warrant was served. During the search officers found meth, marijuana and pills along with a loaded gun. McElyea will be back in court today.
