A man from Bucyrus is being held in Texas County for assaulting a law enforcement officer. 22 year old Kolten Morgan was arrested by the Highway Patrol just before midnight last night. Morgan is charged with 4th degree assault on Law Enforcement Officer and resisting arrest. He was taken to Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
