The Highway Patrol Arrest A West Plains Man Saturday

A West Plains man was arrested by the Highway Patrol Saturday afternoon. 40 year old Thomas Ellison was arrested on a felony Howell County warrant and for driving while suspended. He was taken to the Howell County jail.
