The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of a man from Jordan in connection with several break-ins and thefts. 21 year old Kyle James Tilley was arrested on charges on felony residential burglary, felony breaking or entering, felony theft of property, 2 counts of misdemeanor theft of property and on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Tilley is being held on $25,000 bond.
