A man from Cotter was arrested by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Department for allegedly threatening a woman. 25 year old Cody Salee was arrested after allegedly telling the woman she was going to die within hours. Sallee is charged with felony terroristric threatening. His bond was set at $25,000
