A man from Elk Creek was arrested by the Highway patrol in Texas County Friday. 34 year old Bobby Lee Blair was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance-meth, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-meth and failure to register a motor vehicle. Blair was processed and released.
