A man from Ava suffered serious injuries in an accident last night in Fordland. 75 year old Ronald Pogue was injured when he drove across the median and off the road hitting a tree. Pogue was taken to Mercy hospital in Springfield. The accident happened around 9:30 last night on U.S 60 in Fordland.
