A Willow Springs man is charged with Driving While Intoxicated after he drove into the rear of a big truck Saturday in Howell County. The Missouri State Highway patrol reports that 21 year old Derek Lundry suffered moderate injuries when he hit the back of the big truck driven by 23 year old Kylee Keith of Anderson Indiana. Lundry was taken to Ozarks Medical Center. He is also charged with DWI, no insurance, no seat belt and careless and imprudent driving. The accident happened on U.S 63 at highway UU.
