A man from West Plains has been arrested on Greene County Charges. 22 year old Dylon Keith Hollowell was arrested Wednesday on charges of second degree sexual abuse and first degree sexual misconduct. Hollowell allegedly exposed himself to a woman at the Wal-Mart in Springfield. His bond was set at $5,000.
