A Stone County Arkansas man has been charged with sexual assault. 31 year old Timothy Wallis faces charges as a result of an incident that happened in November involving a female under 16 years old. Wallis is charged with felony fourth degree sexual assault. Wallis’ bond was set at $15,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim or any member of her family.
