A man was arrested on drug charges after he was involved in an accident on highway 62/412 in Salem. 24 year old Dakota Brown was arrested after officer found several drugs that he had tried to hide after the crash. Brown was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, as well as misdemeanor use or possession with the purpose to deliver, as well as misdemeanor use or possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated. His bond was set at $15,000
