The Annual West Plains Cystic Fibrosis Concert was held Saturday night at the West Plains Civic Center featuring Country artist Rodney Atkins. The Event was a fun filled night on fun and great entertainment which raised $80,110 for cystic Fibrosis. During the event, State Representative David Evans presented Jessica Frazier with a plaque honoring her for her work in helping with the fight against Cystic Fibrosis.
