The attorney for former Texas County Sheriff James Sigman, now says that video evidence critical to the case has been recovered. Attorney Jason Coatney was in court on Tuesday and said that video footage had been recovered from a server. Coatney filed a motion to delay the trial set for April 3-4 in Phelps County and was granted the delay. The Case will be heard April 16th.
