The Highway patrol is reporting the arrest of a West Plains man on felony charges. 43 year old Jonathan McKee was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation from probation/parole district, a Shannon County warrant for felony probation violation/rape second degree, and for driving while revoked. He was taken to the Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
