A Mountain Home Couple faces new charges after their children test positive for drugs. 29 year old Samantha Simpson and 27 year old Steven Gauger already faced several drug related charges. They are now charged with a class Y felony introducing a controlled substance into the body of another. Four children between the ages of 2-8 were tested, all four tested positive for marijuana and three tested positive for meth. Simpson and Gauger also faces charges of maintaining a drug premises within 1,000 feet of a Mountain Home School and Church. The Children were removed from the home and placed in the custody of the Arkansas Department of Human services.
