The Missouri State Highway patrol arrested a West Plains woman Saturday on felony charges. 53 year old Barbara Coffel was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance-meth, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, and failure to display valid registration. She was taken to the Howell county sheriff’s department then released.
