The 13th annual Mynde Tarter Volleyball tournament is this Saturday beginning at 8 am at the Jimmy Carroll Sports Complex, West Plains High School, Middle and Elementary Schools and at the FEMA Building on the Missouri State West Plains Campus. The admission is free.
