A Birch Tree man was arrested by the Highway patrol last week and taken to Howell County jail. 43 year old Jonathan Dwayne McKee was arrested for parole violation on a Shannon County conviction of 2 counts of second degree statutory rape. He was turned over to Shannon County authorities.
