A man from Hartshorn was arrested by the Highway Patrol Wednesday afternoon in Texas County. 36 year old James Briggs was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant for vehicle theft, driving while revoked, failure to properly affix vehicle plates, no insurance, and no seat belt. He was taken to Texas County jail and is being held without bond.
