A man from Mansfield was arrested by the Highway patrol Tuesday evening in Wright County. 30 year old Kirk Owens was arrested on a felony Wright County Warrant for stealing a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor Mountain Grove warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Wright County jail and is being held without bond.
